This strong dark syrup is 100% birch syrup. With it's full rich flavour, this is an ideal cooking syrup. You will find a recipee on the back of every bottle.
Original Recipe Birch Syrup:
This is the syrup Uncle Berwyn started with. 90% birch syrup with 10% organic raw sugar. This syrup still has the full rich flavour of Pure Birch Syrup but it's sweeter flavour makes it a great table syrup as well as cooking syrup.
Breakfast Style Birch Syrup:
This syrup is a blend of birch and organic sugarcane syrup. This tasty sweet syrup is the ideal table syrup. Put it on your pancakes and ice-cream. You'll love it!
Birch-Maple Blend: This 'All Canadian' syrup is a blend our Pure Birch Syrup with Organic Maple Syrup from Quebec! A great combination of flavours!
Again this season we will be providing the Yukon Brewing Company with a pure birch concentrate which they will use as the base for thier very delicious McQuestin Birch Beer. As a speciality beer the McQuestin Birch Beer is only available on tap and only at the brewery in Whitehorse. Click on the Yukon Brewery Logo to go to thier website.

Uncle Berwyn's Yukon Birch Syrup Can be found at stores in Yukon only. While supplies last birch syrup can be found at the stores and the farmers markets in Whitehorse and Dawson City.
